Get Oculus Identity nodes appears to always fail when retrieving Oculus Id/ Oculus Name

1. Make sure that an oculus is hooked up and turned on
2. Open the editor
3. Enable the Online Subsystem Oculus plugin (Edit > Plugins > Online Platform > Online Subsystem Oculus)
4. Open the level blueprint
5. Create the blueprint in the attached image
6. Save
7. Play in VR preview
8. Notice that the print string does not return anything

Expected: The Get Oculus Identity node would return the Oculus ID/ Oculus Name being used
Result: The Get Oculus Identity node does not appear to return any information.
