Description

The laser for the motion controllers is currently not being hidden when a Menu/UI panel is docked to the controller. This is a Regression from 4.14 and prior, as shown by the attached screenshots.

The laser is still hidden when the QuickMenu is being summoned, but docked UI panels no longer hide it.

Steps to Reproduce

Note: Requires a PC configured for Oculus/SteamVR and an attached Oculus or Vive with Touch controllers

  1. Open any project in Editor
  2. Enter VREditor Mode
  3. Point one motion controller at another to summon the Menu
  4. Select Content Browser

Expected Result: UI panel should be summoned and hide the laser pointer

Outcome: Laser is still visible behind the UI panel
