Cannot delete Notifies from Anim Notify Manager.

Worked: 3172292 (4.13.2)

1. Create a Third Person Template project
2. Open any animation sequence
3. Right Click in the notify track and create a new notify
4. Open the skeleton
5. Window>Animation Notifies
6. Right click the new notify>Delete

Result: Toast popup telling me that the animation was modified as a result, but the notify is still listed in the AnimNotify Manager
Expected: Toast popup appears, but the notify is removed from the list
