When the user suspends cloth without stopping animation, there will be some odd shadow movements.

This doesn't occur if the user stops the animation along with suspending cloth (which is the preferred workflow with this feature.

Steps to Reproduce

Test assets submitted in Release-4.15

  1. Open QAGame in editor.
  2. Open the level ClothShadowBug.
  3. Play in viewport.


The cloth will pause but the shadow will still move somewhat. If the user sets it up so both the cloth and the animation pause, this doesn't occur
