Tasks scheduled through the entity task builder with FTaskParams::ForcePrePostTask() are documented to run their PreTask and PostTask callbacks even when there is no work for the task body. This guarantee does not hold when any required (non-optional) component type in the task is absent from every entity in the linker.
TEntityTaskComponents::ScheduleImpl and TFilteredEntityTask::ScheduleImpl (MovieSceneEntitySystemTask.h) return early when HasAnyWork fails, before reaching the bForcePrePostTask fallback that schedules a null task with the Pre/Post callbacks attached. The callbacks are therefore never scheduled.
Example: with Evaluate Sub Sequences In Isolation enabled, the focused sequence's entities are imported with the root sequence ID, so no entity has a SequenceID component. FGatherTransformOriginsFromSubscenes in UMovieSceneTransformOriginSystem reads SequenceID, so its PostTask never runs, despite the comment stating that it always does.
Expected: PreTask and PostTask run whenever ForcePrePostTask is set, whether or not any entity matches the task's required components.
