FBX exported from editor imports to Blender at 25fps. Maya and Max do not appear to take their frame rate from the fbx itself, but set by the scene itself.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Download the attached fbx
  2. Create a third person template project
  3. Import the downloaded FBX onto the mannequin skeleton
  4. Right click the Imported Animation Sequence
  5. Asset Actions>Export
  6. Open Blender and import the FBX created by the editor
  7. Go to the details panel and check the Frame Rate

Result: 25 fps
Expected: 30 fps
