Web browser widget does not appear to play videos on twitch (which should be using HTML5 by default)

Web browser widget does not appear to play videos on twitch (which should be using HTML5 by default). The web browse widget appears to be having an issue playing an HTML5 video.

1. Open blank project
2. Enable the Web browser widget plugin
3. Restart editor
4. Create a new widget blueprint
5. Add a web browser to the designer tab
6. Create the blueprint in the attached image
7. Open the level blueprint
8. Add the widget to the viewport
9. Play in editor
10. Click on a video
11. Notice that an error is given about flash not being installed (even though the twitch player runs HTLM5 by default)

Expected: The video would play
Result: The user is given an error stating that flash in not installed.
