FBX interchange reimport bug 5.7 -> 5.8

This is a related bug to this interchange fbx one [Link Removed] that is also triggered by reimporting a 5.7 mesh in 5.8

It looks like the asset import data has a property called `node_unique_id` and its format was changed in 5.8, and interchange no longer supports the the 5.7 format.

5.7 format: `Factory_\MeshInstance\RootNode.MyShapes.pCone1`

5.8 format: `Factory_RootNode.MyShapes.pCone1`

1. Download attached MyShapes.fbx, or make one with a 2 meshes in it
2. In 5.7 import the fbx with default interchange settings, except set Asset Type Sub Folders = on
3. You should have 2 static meshes:
   1. .../MyShapes/pCone1
   2. .../MyShapes/pCube1
4. Open the project in 5.8
5. Right click -> reimport pCube1

Expected: the cube reimports with no issue

Actual: toast error is raised "There was nothing to import from the provided source data using the chosen pipeline options."

You can also repro it without the "Asset Type Sub Folders=on", if you add a new mesh to the fbx between reimports
