Description

When running a dedicated server using the Run Dedicated Server checkbox under the Play button dropdown, character's with Enable Physics Interaction set to false are still able to interact with physics objects.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open the editor (ThirdPersonProject)
  2. Drop a cube into the level
  3. Set it to Simulate Physics
  4. Open the Third Person Character blueprint
  5. Select the Character Movement component
  6. Search for Enable Physics Interaction and set it to false
  7. Under the Play button dropdown in the editor, set Run Dedicated Server to true
  8. PIE and run into the cube

Result: After a few seconds of running into the cube, it will eventually fly off even though the character is set to not interact with it.

Expected: The character would not be able to interact with physics objects.
