Description

Widget bindings do not appear to look for other widgets as possible SubObject properties. Widget references do not show up as possible SubObject properties

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open the editor
  2. Create a new widget blueprint
  3. Name it widgetA
  4. Create a new widget blueprint
  5. Name it widgetB
  6. Open WidgetA
  7. Create a new variable
  8. Set the variable to be a reference to widgetB
  9. Go to the designer graph and add a text block to widgetA
  10. With the text block selected try to bind it to something in WidgetB
  11. Notice that the widgetB variable does not come up for a possible source for binding

Expected: The widget variable reference would pop up listing off possible variables (if any) under the available binding options
Result: Widget references do not show up as possible SubObject properties
