Description

In 4.14, 4.15 and main, material change for a spawnable actor with a skeletalmesh component gets reset once despawned.

This seems to be similar to [Link Removed].

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the attached project
2. Open its level sequence
3. Select the middle cube(BpMaterialTest, a simple actor with a skeletalMesh component) and change its skeletalMesh component's material
4. Toggle Spawned checkbox
5. The material gets reset
