Machine ID is not being shown on the crashreporter website

Description

This is a regression from 4.14.3

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open a project in 4.15 on Mac/Linux
  2. Hit ~ and enter Debug Crash
  3. Enter a comment into CRC and hit send and close
  4. Navigate to the CRC website and search for your crash

Result: Machine ID is not included on the site
