Yes, does not occur in 4.14.3.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Launch UE4Editor.exe.
  2. Create a new Basic Code project and open it in editor.
  3. Click Add New > Add Feature or Content Pack.
  4. Select C++ Vehicle and click Add to Project.
  5. In Visual Studio, Navigate to ProjectName > Source > ProjectName.
  6. Select ProjectName.Build.cs.
  7. Add "PhysXVehicles to PublicDependencyModuleNames.AddRange.
  8. Save the Build.cs file.
  9. Back in the editor, click the Compile button in the Toolbar.

Compile warnings occur in the Output Log.
