Unable to escape from the truck in PlatformerGame

Description

Player is unable to break out of the truck using the AppleTV remote or the Bluetooth gamepad

This is a regression from 4.14

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Launch PlatformerGame onto Windows without specifying starting map
  2. navigate the menus using keyboard without clicking on the game window
  3. wait for the level to start

Result: Player is stuck inside the truck
