Optimizations settings missing from Animation Blueprint

REGRESSION
Yes, this does not occur in 4.14.3.

Optimization settings are missing from Class Defaults in the Animation Blueprint editor.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open QAGame in editor.
  2. Open QAPawn_AnimBP.
  3. Click on Class Defaults.

RESULT
No Optimization settings.
