Non-Issue. After investigating, the issue was just downloading the wrong drivers and thinking the current driver was up-to-date. With the correct drivers, I was unable to reproduce the crash.

Description

A 32-bit ShooterGame package will crash when opened with no logging.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Navigate to \\epicgames.net\Root\Builds\UE4\Manual_Build\QA\UE4_Release-4.15\Network OS\CL-3258813\ShooterGame and copy the WindowsNoEditor_32 folder to your desktop.
  2. Open ShooterGame.exe

Result: ShooterGame will crash.
