Last frame of sequence does not render out.

Noticing that the last frame of a sequence does not render out properly.

1. Open RaveCine
2. Enable Developer Folders in the Content Browser
3. Open up the "camRigTesting_001" Level; located: Content/Developers/MichaelGay/rigs
4. Open up "rigTesting" levelSequence; located: Content/Developers/MichaelGay/rigs
5. Select the Render Movie button
6. Select the capture movie button
7. View the rendered out sequence

Result: The last frame does not render.
