Description

When in VR preview the right eye is solid black.

This has been reproduced on multiple machines using both the Oculus and HTC Vive.

The same effect is also achieved when running -emulatestereo

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open QAGame
  2. Open TM-VRSmoke
  3. Play in VR preview

Expected Result: Everything renders correctly in both eyes
Actual Result: Everything renders in left eye but only renders in black in the right eye
