Widgets can no longer take focus after clicking somewhere other than the widget itself. The input mode appears to change, but does not change back when clicking widgets
Notes:
-This issue did not appear to be happening in 4.13
-Was fixed in the hotfix but does not appear to have made it into master (https://jira.it.epicgames.net/browse/UE-37698)
Expected: If the mouse is showing and a widget is clicked, the input mode will change to interact with the widget
