Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a blueprint with a HierarchicalInstancedStaticMeshComponent and add some instances
2. In a blueprint function such as Tick call UpdateInstanceTransform to change the location of one of the instances by a large amount
3. The move instance is not visible unless the previous location is in view.
