Defaults were intentionally changed for tonemapping and other PP effects. A Major Release note is going to be written up on it for 4.15.
When upgrading a project to 4.15 (in my case from 4.14.3), the colors seem to have shifted in contrast/saturation.
It is not a huge difference, but noticeable enough to affect the overall result of the image. I have take two separate comparison screenshots for three different engine versions to show this is a regression.
Regression?
Yes, this issue does not occur when upgrading to 4.14.3 from a previous engine version.
1. Open attached project.
2. Press the 1 and 2 keys to observe the camera shortcuts.
3. Open a copy of the project in the 4.15 preview build.
4. Repeat step 2 and compare results between the two projects.
Outcome It appears the colors have had their saturation/contrast modified.
Expected The colors should appear identical between the two versions as there were not any notable changes outlined in the release notes that this would affect.
