The foliage in the map appears to be unaffected by the changes in view distance.

The scalability settings are changing the cvars to the right values but the change is not being reflected on screen.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open QAGame
  2. Open TM-EngineScalability
  3. Enable Realtime from the viewport options
  4. Press "1"
  5. Click the settings drop down menu in the toolbar
  6. Select Engine Scalability settings
  7. Cycle through the View distance settings of "Near", "Medium", "Far", and "Epic"

Expected Result: The foliage and the blocks are affected by these changes in view distance settings
Actual Result: The blocks are affected but the foliage is not
