It is not believed that this is a bug. There are improvements that could be made; but at this time the developers are focusing their efforts on high-priority crashes and blockers.
Characters on the client are stuttering fairly severely when interacting with physics objects, especially when their ping is high.
Result: Client stutters while moving into the physics objects
Expected: Client would interact smoothly with the objects as the player does if you PIE with just one player.
