Description

VR Notification events do not appear to fire. In the given test using HMD Put On Head Delegate the event does not appear to fire off when the user puts on the headset. This appears to happen with all other events tied to the VRNotification component

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Make sure oculus is hooked up and turned on
  2. Open First person template
  3. Open First person Character blueprint
  4. Add a VRNotifications component
  5. Add a HMD Put On Head Delegate event to the event graph
  6. Hook up the HMD Put On Head Delegate event to a print string
  7. Save and compile
  8. Play in VR preview
  9. Put on the HMD
  10. Enter VR Mode
  11. Notice that the print string never fires (double check output logs(still not present))

Expected: The print string would fire when the user puts on the head set
Result: The Event does not appear to fire off when the user puts on the headset. This happens with all other events tied to the VRNotification component
