Mouse position no longer being tracked after pressing and dragging a button on Android

Mouse position no longer being tracked after pressing and dragging a button on Android. On PC there is no issue

When testing with mouse location via print string on PC mouse position will continue to update even after pressing and holding a button, but on the android platform, after pressing and holding the button, the mouse position no longer updates.

Mobile Platforms Tested:
Android, but the issue may exist on iOS as well

1. Open Attached Project
2. PIE
3. press and hold a button then release anywhere in Playspace
4. Tace position is displayed on screen where mouse was released (EXPECTED RESULT)
5. Launch Project on Android Device
6. Press button and drag until in playspace just like on the PC

Expected: The Trace Location will be recorded just like on PC
Result: Location is not recorded and no trace shows up
