Physics Asset doesn't follow the Skeletal Mesh when Physics Blend Weight is set to any value between 0 and 1.
Could be related the the fix for this JIRA: https://jira.it.epicgames.net/browse/UE-19252
1. Open the attached test project
3. Press the E-key to set the Physics Blend Weight to 0.5 on the actor in front of you
4. Follow the ragdoll to take a closer look
Results: The root of the Physics Asset will follow but the limbs will not match the Skeletal Mesh position
Expected: For the Physics Asset to follow the Skeletal Mesh exactly
