Font outline ignores Content Color and Opacity from its parent border.
A licensee is trying to make many text blocks invisible by using a parent border, and setting its Content Color and Opacity's alpha as zero, but currently font outlines continue to be visible.
1. Open the attached project and open OutlineTest widget
2. The border's Content Color and Opacity specified Alpha = 0, but font outlines are still displayed
3. Tweak the values of Content Color and Opacity to see how the outlines ignore the change
Expected behavior: Font outline would respect Content Color and Opacity, and it's possible to make the whole text invisible by changing Content Color and Opacity alpha = 0.
