Objects set to "us as occluder" will create dark artifacts from certain view angles. For this to occur "DBuffer Decals" need to be enabled in the project settings.
The licensee has noted that adding a constant pixel depth offset to the applied material fixed the issue. Also, unchecking "us as occluder" gets rid of the artifacts as well.
RESULT
The wall will begin to flicker with dark artifacts
EXPECTED
The wall's appearance remains consistent through all the various viewing angles.
