New Projects do not have a Camera Anim setting to track in Sequencer

I was attempting to repro UE-40921 and when I tried to track a camera animation, the setting was not available in Sequencer. I cannot

The setting is available in QA Game

This is also not a regression

1. Open a new Project in //UE4/Main
2. Create a new Level Sequence
3. Add a camera to the level
4. Add the newly added camera to Sequencer
5. Select Track + in CameraComponent

Result: Camera Anim is not listed in the settings.

Expected Result: Camera Anim is a listed setting to be tracked in Sequencer
