Poor Performance when selecting an Actor track with baked transform keys

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create a Third Person Project
  2. PIE and Open Sequence Recorder
  3. Add an actor and select the player pawn
  4. Record and run around a bit
  5. Exit PIE, open the sequence
  6. Select the Skeletal Mesh Component
  7. Attempt to move perspective camera around the scene

Result: Yellow preview track appears in the scene, performance drops drastically (7 fps in some cases)
Expected: Handle preview track for baked (key on every frame) animations
