Description

When attempting to move a folder 1 that contains a level/map to another folder 2, a duplicate of the folder 1 containing the level will be generated in folder 2 while the level and original containing folder 1 are not moved.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create a new Empty Blueprint Level with No Starter Content
  2. In the Content Browser create 2 empty folders, Folder 1 and Folder 2 respectively
  3. Add a new map to folder 1 and open
  4. Add a new actor blueprint to folder 1 and drag actor into the Viewport
  5. Move Folder 1 to Folder 2
    RESULT: A duplicate of Folder 1 is created containing the Blueprint inside Folder 2 but not the level that remains in the original Folder 1.
    EXPECTED: The Blueprint as well as the Level to move with the Containing Folder 1 into Folder 2 sucessfully, without generating a duplicate Folder 1.
