Duplicates of Actor Blueprints have a Blank, Black preview Window

Duplicates of Actor Blueprints have a blank, black preview instead of the preview of the original (See sample image).

Not a regression, occurs in UE4.14.3 as well

1. Download and open attached project in UE4.15: [Link Removed]
2. In the Content Browser, locate and select ActorBlueprint "Shape1"
3. Ctrl + W to make a duplicate
   RESULT: Instead of a preview there is a blank, black icon
   EXPECTED: The duplicate to have the same preview as the original ActorBlueprint
   *NOTE: Tested with a custom static mesh as well as a simple cube component
