Unreal Match 3 Does not Download/Install from Launcher in for UE4.15

Unreal Match 3 fails to install for UE4.15, unlike all previous versions.

1. Attempt to download Unreal Match 3 for UE4.15 from Launcher>Learn> tab or from Launcher>Library if previously installed.
   RESULT: Fails to create project for UE4.15
   EXPECTED: Files to be installed for UE4.15 as they are with all previous versions.
