Description

Geometry that is hidden in a layer, becomes visible after being moved in the viewport. The layer stays hidden, and if a cube is placed in the layer, it also remains hidden. Moving a cube that is hidden in the layer, does not cause the Geometry brushes to appear either

Also, all Geometry brushes become visible even if it is hidden in a separate layer.

This happens in 4.14.3 - 4.16 so there is no regression here.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create a new default level
  2. Open the Layers Window
  3. Add 2 Geometry brushes to the level
  4. Add the 2 brushes a new Layer by dragging them from the World Outliner into the Layers window
  5. Hide the layer by selecting the eye next to the new layer
  6. Back in the World Outliner, select one of the Geometry brushes and use the translation widget to move the brush

Result: All Geometry becomes visible in the viewport

Expected Result: The Geometry brush is moved, but remains hidden
