Release-4.15 stream, latest.
I built qagame in debug.

Then I run it:
trigger prox sensor - vr turns on
'stereo off' - vr off
release prox sensor
'stereo on' - crash inside ovr_SubmitFrame

Happened when launching from the editor, as well as when running standalone packaged build.

Steps to Reproduce

1) startup game for oculus rift, with hmd not on your head (proximity sensor not triggered)
2) stereo on (if project doesn't do that by default)
3) trigger prox sensor on hmd, you should see the stereo world (might have to do the health and safety warning)
4) stereo off, rendering goes to non-stereo
5) release prox sensor
6) stereo on.
Without this fix it would crash inside ovr_SubmitFrame.
With this fix it will not crash, screen will be black (nothing is rendering).
7) (with fix) trigger prox sensor, stereo rendering begins.
