Crash with empty callstack when Calling Enable HMD (True) in a shipping build

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Make sure Oculus is hooked up and turned on
  2. Open VR template
  3. Open Motion controller map
  4. Create the blueprint in the attached image
  5. Save all
  6. Open project settings
  7. Set Motion controller map to the default level
  8. Change the packaging settings to Shipping
  9. Package the project for windows 64 bit
  10. Open packaged project
  11. Press the 'H' key (as seen in example blueprint) to enable HMD
  12. Notice that the project crashes with empty callstack
