Description

When attempting to play the GDC_Landscape_01 map in Editor or as Standalone Game, game plays with very low FPS ~ 3-10 on machines that should be able to handle 30+.

While testing for regression, ran into an issue in 4.14 where project would freeze entirely upon PIE or as Standalone Game.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create a Kite Demo Project for 4.15
  2. Open New Kite Demo Project
  3. In Content Browser, open Maps>GoldenPath>GDC_Landscape_01
  4. Wait for Map to load (can take a few minutes)
  5. Click the drop down menu near the Play button and click Selected Viewport
  6. Click "~" and type "Stat UnitGraph" Click Enter

Result: Game plays with very low FPS

Expected Result: Game plays with ~30+ FPS
