Description

If you open a VS2017 sln and enable UnrealVS on the toolbar you'll see the refresh and batch builder button, but no field to fill in the project to compile. Clicking the Batch builder button will display another warning message that the plugin was not installed correctly and prompts you to restart, after restarting UnrealVS is still un-usable.

Additionally, attempting to add the missing Startup Project and Command-line fields to the toolbar using the Add or Remove Buttons functionality causes VS2017 to crash, and attempting to open the solution again causes VS to stop responding while opening the solution.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Have VS2017 installed
  2. Install the UnrealVS 2017 plugin for Visual Studio by navigating to: Engine > Extras > UnrealVS > VS2017, and double clicking on UnrealVS.vsix

Result:
You will receive a warning message that it may not have installed correctly.
