Description

Axis Mapping event names do not update when changed in project settings. This can cause axis events to no longer function as expected and then need to be replaced with another event after the name has changed rather than just updating the existing event.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open the editor
  2. Open the project settings
  3. Create a new axis mapping
  4. Open the level blueprint
  5. Add the axis mapping to the level blueprint
  6. Compile
  7. Change the name of the axis mapping in the project settings
  8. Compile the level blueprint again
  9. Notice that the name did not update and that the user was given a warning instead

Expected: The Axis input event would update
Result: The name does not update and causes the Axis input event to no longer work
