Renaming BP Components will break links to sequencer tracks

Some modifications to BP Components will break links to sequencer tracks

1. Create a sequence
2. Create an Actor BP and add it to the level
3. Add a few components to the BP (compile)
4. Add the BP Actor to your sequence
5. Add tracks for the components and save
6. Open the BP and rename some of your components (compile)
7. Re-open the sequence

Result: Link to the renamed components are broken
Expected: Track links follow the renamed components
