Images become blurry when placed in a retainer box that is clipping off screen

Images become blurry when placed in a retainer box that is clipping off screen.

Note: This can also cause scaling problems for widgets contained in the retainer box

1. Download the attached project
2. Open the project
3. Play in Editor
4. Notice that the image on the bottom in much more clear that the one being clipped

Expected: The images would look the same
Result: The retainer box causes the image to become blurred
