I turned off BP Compiler Manager and the package was able to complete.

According to the log, BPInterface_Button is the asset that is failing the package

This is a regression from before BP Compilation Manager was put into the stream at CL 3378131

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open QAGame
  2. Open Project Settings > Packaging
  3. Uncheck Use Pak File
  4. Expand the advanced settings under Packaging
  5. Add QA-Animation map by selecting the + next to List of maps to include in the package build
  6. Still in Packaging, under Blueprints, change Blueprint Nativization Method to Inclusive
  7. Package the project

Result: The package fails to complete

Expected: The package completes and is playable
