Description

Nav Link Components are not respecting transform changes inside of the blueprint's viewport. They will always originate from the Actor's origin point.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open the editor
  2. Create a new Actor blueprint
  3. Add a Nav Link component
  4. In the Blueprint viewport, drag the Nav Link to a location other than the origin
  5. Place an instance of the Actor in the level (ensure you have a Nav Mesh and Show Navigation is set to true)

Result: Notice that the Nav Link's origin remains in the center of the scene root.

Expected: The Nav Link would originate from the location it was placed in inside of the blueprint's viewport.
