A licensee was interested in being able to utilize LOD dithering on objects flagged as Stationary or Mobile. The mobility setting was being used to bypass lightmapping, which they didn't need for their asset.
As it stands now, it's not clear that you shouldn't be able to use LOD dithering with stationary or movable objects, so it ends up feeling inconsistent.
