'Root motion from everything' is not supported in netplay, no sync of anim state is performed, so you will get different motion on client and server

Description

"Root Motion from Everything" AnimBP breaks on client side

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create a third person test project
  2. Set the AnimBP to "Root Motion from Everything"
  3. Add a cube to the level with Simulate Physics and Replication enabled
  4. In the PIE menu, set the number of players to 2
  5. PIE
  6. Alt+Tab to the client window
  7. Run into the cube

Result: Animation is at double speed and gets stuck when running into physics objects
Expected: Same behavior as server (try it out in PIE)
