Description

When a project is launching on an iOS device, there is a momentary flash between when the splash screen stops displaying and the game window opens. This flash is present even when using transition levels.

Regression:
No - behavior also occurs for 4.14 project packaged to iOS

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open UE4 Editor (any project)
  2. Package project for iOS
  3. Push packaged .ipa file to iOS device (Tested on iPad Air)
  4. Launch project on device

Result:
There is a momentary black flash after the gray splash screen disappears before the game window opens

Expected:
Transition between splash and game screen is seamless
