When forward shading is enabled sphere reflection actors seem to disregard their influence radius. This seems to cause issues with effecting meshes that should be outside their radius.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open Blank Project
  2. Create a new material with a scalar value of 1 in base color and metalic then 0 in roughness
  3. Compile and apply material to floor mesh in default scene
  4. add sphere reflection capture and reduce radius to 300 so it only effects a portion of the floor mesh (see screen)
  5. Enable forward shading and restart (be sure to save map)
  6. Open the map you saved

The entire floor mesh is reflecting the sky.

Only the portion within the influence radius is reflecting the sky.
