Ribbon Emitter Lifetime Parameter Can Only Be Set Once

You can set the ribbon particle parameter for lifetime only once during runtime. After that setting that parameter has no influence.

1. Open attached Projet
2. PIE
3. Press the 4 key (particle effect should be visible)
4. Notice the long lifetime
5. Press 1 Key

RESULT
The ribbon emitter's lifetime value doesn't update.

EXPECTED
The ribbon emitter's lifetime value is much shorter.
