When selecting an actor in the viewport, some AMD GPU users are reporting that the selection outline is not visible.
Rolling drivers back to 17.1.1 correct the behavior.|
Two EngineQA tester have seen an issue where selection outliner is not visble when an actor is selected. This behavior has been reported on the following environments.
OS: Win7
GPU: RX-470
Driver Version: 17.2, 17.3, 17.4
OS: Win10
GPU: R9-380
Driver Version: 17.2
I was not able to reproduce on the following environment:
OS: Win7
GPU: R9-390
Driver Version: 17.3, 17.4
browsing through the forums I did find a thread where some users were experiencing the same issue.
in all cases rolling the driver back to 17.1.1 has corrected the behavior.
On a machine with the following configuration:
OS: Win7
GPU: RX-470
Driver Version: 17.2, 17.3, 17.4
Expected:
the floor mesh will be outlined while selected
Actual:
the floor mesh is selected, but no outline is displayed.
