User's project fails to build when using -nativizeAssets in the project launcher

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Download project from box link in the discription
  2. Open the project
  3. Download the profile zip
  4. Add the profile folder to C:\Program Files (x86)\Epic Games\4.15\Engine\Programs\UnrealFrontend
  5. Open project launcher
  6. Use the profile provided to package the game
  7. Notice that the project fails to package when using -nativizeAssets

Expected: The project would package without error
Result: The project fails to package (logs attached)
